GENERAL STATEMENT
No images or art on this website are allowed to be used in the training of AI, or altered in any means using AI. This includes commissions bought by customers and commissions from others.
COMMISSONS T.O.S.
- Payment will be accepted via CashApp or Paypal. Payment can be done in one of two ways:
- Full Upfront: Usually done for smaller pieces, like sketches and simple doodles. Since these don’t take long to complete, payment is given upfront and client receives the commission within the next few days, unwatermarked.
- Split: This is the most common method, and usually used when working on larger pieces. First half of payment is given either upfront or after the initial sketch is approved, and the second half is given upon approval of the final, watermarked piece. After final payment is received, client receives the unwatermarked version of their piece.
- I have the right to refuse any commission request I don’t want to do. This includes if the request does not align with my interests or values, if the request makes me uncomfortable, or if I simply do not feel fit for the job.
- All my art is copyrighted as my own. Commercial use is prohibited unless specified otherwise and comes with an additional cost.
- Three revisions are allowed during the sketching and lining phase. After this, revisions will be an additional cost.
- Commissions can take anywhere from hours to weeks to complete. If you need it by a certain date, there will be a rush fee. Please communicate and anticipate this.
- Art can be displayed however you chose (shared on social media, printed out, turned into physical merch such as pins or shirts, etc) as long as credit is given.
- Details are needed, so be prepared with references and answers to my questions. The more details I get, the better I can match your expectations.
- Art is non-refundable after completion. If you are dissatisfied with the result, we can work something out, but I will be unable to issue refunds.
